Liquor License
Any establishment in the Town of Manitowoc Rapids will need to have its Liquor license renewal application submitted to the Town Clerk by the first of the month to be placed on that month's agenda for review.
A renewed Liquor License is valid from July 1 of the current year to June 30 of the next year.
Beverage License Fees
$25.00 - Class A Retail (Beer) License
$150.00 - Class A Retail (Liquor) License
$150.00 - Class "B" Combination
$10.00 - Temporary Picnic Beer/Wine
$5.00 - Cigarette & Tobacco License
$35.00 - Publication Fee

Operator License
The operator applying for his/her license must complete an application and submitted it with a Server’s Course Completion Certificate or a photocopy of a current Operator License from another municipality before a license will be issued.
Operator License is $10.00.

To receive a license you will need to send:
-dog license application
-correct fee amount (Checks made payable to: Town of Cato)
-written proof of a current rabies vaccination
-proof of spaying or neutering where relevant
-self-addressed stamped envelope
Fees are as follows:
-Neutered or spayed: $5.00 per dog
-all other dogs: $10.00 per dog
-Kennel license: $35.00 for 12 dogs or less ($3.00 for each additional dog)

Dog licenses are due by APRIL 1, or they are delinquent and subject to late charges.PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS A RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE IS SENT WITH FEE.
Please notify the clerk of any deceased dogs.
